Specifically, he related or regaled the following paper called<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/individual.utoronto.ca\/frankcunningham\/papers\/cities.pdf\">Cities: A Philosophical Inquiry<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There were three things that occurred to me during the talk, specifically two of them I will tell you about later.<\/p>\n<p>For now I&#8217;ll say it was \u00a0a very good way to spend a Four O&#8217;Clock.
