Small male thought it was &#8220;cool&#8221; that he jumped on his bike and peddled off. I like our Mayor more since he started swearing and actively encourage him to keep it up!<\/p>\n<p>After our brief chat, another group of locals, delighted in his passing and had a chat with him.<\/p>\n<p>I previously met another Mayor and can report that the experience was less delightful.
